A: Our factory is located in South China. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available.
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A: Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date, and shelving design.
Q4: What is the term of payment?
A: For orders <= USD 3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For orders > USD 3000.00, 30% of deposit upon order confirmation, and the balance will be paid before shipment.
Q5: Are samples available?
A: Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. A reasonable sample cost will be charged and refunded in the next bulk order. Sample freight is on your side.
Q6: How could I install the racks?
