For orders less than or equal to USD 3,000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For orders greater than USD 3,000.00, a 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance paid before shipment.
Yes, regular samples are available. We also support customized sampling. A reasonable sample cost will be charged and refunded in the next bulk order. Sample freight costs are covered by the buyer.

The main difference is the number of uprights. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is a continuation rack that uses only 1 upright to connect to the next unit. For example, a row of 10 wall racks consists of 1 main rack and 9 add-on racks.
