Q2: Where is your factory located and can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in South China. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available.
Q3: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: Around 15 days. The exact duration depends on the order quantity, order date, and shelving design.
Q4: Are samples available before booking a bulk order?
A: Yes, regular samples are available, and customized sampling is also supported. A reasonable sample cost will be charged and refunded in the next bulk order. Sample shipping costs are covered by the client.
Q5: What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
A: The difference is in the upright structures. A main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is a continued rack that shares 1 upright from the previous rack. For example, a row of 10 racks will consist of 1 main rack and 9 add-on racks.
Q6: What packaging methods are used for shipping?
A: Generally, we use knockdown packaging: bubble films for uprights and beams, and cartons for other parts. We also offer customized packaging suitable for safe long-distance transport.
