The difference between the two racks is the upright frame. The main rack is the start rack featuring 2 uprights, while the add-on rack is the continued rack with 1 upright only that attaches to the main rack. For example, if you place 10 wall racks in a line, the overall structure consists of 1 main rack + 9 add-on racks.
