A: We are a manufacturer focusing on supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and various display & storage equipment.
A: Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date, and shelving design.
A: Payment terms: For orders <= USD 3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For orders > USD 3000.00, 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the balance will be paid before shipment.
A: Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. A reasonable sample cost will be charged and refunded in the next bulk order. Sample freight is on your side.
A: A detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also guide you.
A: The difference between the two racks is the upright. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and the add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will be 1 main rack + 9 add-on racks.
